I think if you are doing it in a small manner it wouldn't be an issue. I mean the amount of stuff I have from Ghostdawgg is amazing, and he keeps doing it!

I think you'll be OK. Look at the amount of "custom" work that gets done on the figs. I've seen posters (I even had one made), pins, pez, magnets, mouse pads. As long as your not selling it nation wide, you should be fine.
